I love how the reverb is used as if it were an instrument - a key musical force rather then just a treatment. Every plucked note is a birth – an entity created and then released into a space to live, to mingle, to collaborate with other tonal entities, before finally fading and dying. There’s something poignant there that speaks to the relationship between a musician and their music. The sense that when we cast our creations out into the ether, the pride is accompanied by a sense of loss.
